磨片改进对烟草浆打浆效果影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过更换高、低浓磨片对烟梗及烟碎片进行打浆,并对比磨片改进前后浆料的打浆度、纤维湿重、纤维区间分布以及纤维质量等,结果表明:相同高浓制浆条件下,磨片改进后较改进前,梗浆打浆度高3-6°SR,纤维湿重低约0.5g,叶浆打浆度高1-3°SR,纤维湿重低约0.5 g。梗、叶浆料在<14目及100-200目两个区间内纤维占比明显下降,而14-28、28-48、48-100目的纤维占比提高。相同低浓制浆条件下,磨片改进后较改进前,烟草浆打浆度低1-2°SR,纤维湿重低0.5-1 g,且浆料在<14、48-100、100-200目三个区间的纤维占比下降,而14-28、28-48目两个区间的纤维占比上升。此外,磨片改进后低浓烟草浆纤维长度、宽度及粗度下降,而长宽比、扭结率及卷曲率增加。 By replacing the high and low consistency grinding discs to beat the tobacco stem and leaf,the pulp beating degree,wet weight,fiber interval distribution and fiber quality were compared before and after the grinding discs were replaced.The results showed that the beating degree of stem pulp and leaf pulp increased by 3-6 degrees and 1-3 degrees respectively,and the wet weight decreased by about 0.5 g after the grinding disc improvement under the same high consistency pulping conditions,.In addition,the fiber proportion of stem pulp and leaf pulp in the range of<14 mesh and 100-200 mesh decreased significantly,while the proportion of fibers in 14-28,28-48 and 48-100 mesh increased.Under the same low consistency pulping conditions,the beating degree and fiber wet weight of the improved tobacco pulp decreased by 1-2 degrees and 0.5-1 g respectively,and the fiber proportion of pulp in the range of<14,48-100 and 100-200 mesh decreased,while the fiber proportion of pulp in the range of 14-28 and 28-48 mesh increased.Moreover,the fiber length,width and coarseness decreased,while the length-to-width ratio,kink ratio and crimp ratio increased.
