基于AHP法的造纸企业智能化物流系统设计实现

Design and Realization of Intelligent Logistics System for Papermaking Enterprises Based on AHP Method

基于AHP法设计实现了造纸企业智能化物流系统,属于全自动、智能化物流系统。系统中包含盘垛分离组件与储存带,其中盘垛分离组件由进料传输台、升降台、出料传输台共同构成,升降台和进料传输台间保留了推纸挡板可以沿着铅垂方向逐步进入的空隙;储存区则是由多条储存带所组成的,物料前进方向与盘垛分离组件物料前进方向相一致,其与盘垛分离组件中间设有横向轨道,轨道上则安装固定了供料摆渡车。基于AHP法进行了系统评估,结果表明,智能化物流系统的自动化与生产衔接性较强,运行稳定性与可靠性突出,操作简洁,可高效分离与预储存纸板垛和托盘,以此可显著提升系统具体工作效率与水平。

Based on the AHP method,the intelligent logistics system of papermaking enterprises was designed and realized,which belongs to the automatic and intelligent logistics system.The system consists of a disk stack separation assembly and a storage belt,in which the disk stack separation assembly is composed of a feed transfer table,a lift table and a discharge transfer table.The gap between the lifting table and the feed transfer table is retained between the push paper baffle and the feed transfer table.Based on the AHP method,the system evaluation results show that the intelligent logistics system has strong connection between automation and production,outstanding operation stability and reliability,simple operation,efficient separation and pre-storage of paper pallets and pallets,so as to significantly improve the system specific work efficiency and level.
