产教融合模式下制浆造纸专业人才培养质量评价及多元化培养路径

Quality Evaluation and Diversified Training Paths of Pulp and Paper Professionals under the Mode of Integration of Production and Education

造纸行业的可持续发展需以大量具有综合素质的专业型人才作为支撑,使对造纸专业人才培养工作的要求不断提高,主要对产教融合模式下制浆造纸专业人才培养问题进行了研究,在对制浆造纸工程专业人才培养与校企合作现状、存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了具体的人才培养质量评价方法及多元化培养路径,研究了校企合作培养模式的选择,进一步完善和优化制浆造纸专业人才的校企合作培养模式,以期从根本上提升人才培养质量。

The sustainable development of the papermaking industry needs to be supported by a large number of professional talents with comprehensive qualities, so that the requirements for the training of papermaking professionals have been constantly improved. The talent cultivation of pulp and paper specialty under the mode of production and education integration was studied. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems in the training of pulp and paper engineering professionals and the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the specific methods for evaluating the quality of talent cultivation and diversified cultivation paths was put forward, and the choice of the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises was studied. The school-enterprise cooperation training model for pulp and paper professionals were further improved and optimized, so as to fundamentally improve the quality of talent training.
