摘要
胰腺癌为临床上较为常见的消化道肿瘤,治疗方法包括外科手术、化疗、放疗及消融治疗。氩氦冷冻消融技术作为一种新兴消融技术,在影像学引导下能有效摧毁肿瘤组织,现已广泛应用于肝癌、前列腺癌、肾癌和乳腺癌。目前氩氦冷冻消融技术已单独或联合其他方法用于胰腺癌的治疗。文章就氩氦冷冻消融治疗不可切除胰腺癌的临床使用、治疗进展等予以综述。
Pancreatic cancer is a common gastrointestinal tumor in clinical practice.The treatment methods include surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and ablation.Argon-helium cryoablation technology,as a new ablation technology,can effectively destroy tumor tissue under the guidance of imaging,and has been widely used in liver cancer,prostate cancer,kidney cancer and breast cancer.At present,argon-helium cryoablation technology has been used alone or in combination with other methods for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the clinical use and treatment progress of argon-helium cryoablation for unresectable pancreatic cancer.
