近些年来西部生态小说出现了许多优秀的作品,西部生态小说大多出自西部本土作家或有西部生活经历的作家之手,他们通过小说叙事,充分表现了西部的自然、文化,同时也反映了西部的社会与人的生存状况,作品充分挖掘和表现了西部精神。这种精神概括起来就是在艰苦生活与严酷自然中展现的人的坚韧不拔与斗争精神;为了维持生存和保护生态而体现出的奉献精神与乐观态度;在面对工业化的冲击,对传统生活方式与文化的坚守精神;为了追求幸福生活而寻求突破,进行探索和革新的精神。

In recent years,many excellent works have appeared in western ecological novels,most of which are written by local writers or by the writers having the experience of living in the West.The works fully reflect the Western nature and culture,the social and human living conditions.The works fully excavate and express the western spirit,which can be summed up as the perseverance and struggle spirit in the face of hard life and harsh nature;the dedication and optimism shown in the struggle for survival and the protection of the environment;the spirit of adhering to the traditional lifestyle and culture in the face of the impact of industrialization;and the spirit of seeking breakthrough,continuous exploration and innovation in order to pursue a happy life.
