甘肃省幼儿园教师专业培训需求研究——以甘肃省L市幼儿园教师为例

摘要 幼儿园教师专业培训需求是保障培训有质量开展的基础,是专业培训的起点。本研究通过对268名幼儿园教师的问卷调查以及对6名教师的深度访谈,明确目前我省幼儿园教师专业培训普遍存在公办与民办幼儿园培训机会不均、地域受限和工学矛盾突出、园本课程培训力度有待提高和培训内容依给供需等问题。为解决上述问题,政府相关部门应进一步加大民办幼儿园教师培训比重,有针对性扩展专业培训内容,充分利用互联网技术,多渠道提供优质资源,保障不同层级、不同需要幼儿园教师的专业需求。 Kindergarten teachers'professional training needs are the basis to ensure the quality of training and the starting point of professional training.Based on the questionnaire survey of 268 kindergarten teachers and in-depth interviews with 6 teachers,this study makes clear that there are some problems in the professional training of kindergarten teachers in our province,such as uneven training opportunities,geographical constraints,prominent contradictions between work and study,and the training intensity of kindergarten-based curriculum needs to be improved.In order to solve the above problems,the relevant government departments should further increase the proportion of private kindergarten teacher training,expand the content of professional training,make full use of Internet technology,provide high-quality resources through multiple channels,and ensure the professional needs of kindergarten teachers at different levels and with different needs.
