全国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科联盟理念构建与实践探索

The concept integration and practice exploration of the National Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Alliance

当前,分级诊疗无疑是医改的重中之重。医联体是推进分级诊疗的重要载体。“专科联盟往往是跨区域的,作为专科就要搞专科的联盟”。专科联盟以专科协作为纽带,形成补位发展模式,横向盘活现有医疗资源,重点提升重大疾病的救治能力。2017年12月22日,首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院牵头成立全国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科联盟。本文对目前国内医疗联盟具体实践进行梳理,对当前存在的问题加以述评,提出全国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科联盟发展规划,并对实施情况予以总结。

At present,hierarchical medicalsystem is expected to be the top priority of medical reform.Integrated health care system is an important carrier to promote hierarchical medical system.Specific discipline alliances are generally cross-regional.As a specific one,it is best to organize the allianee within specific discipline.Specific discipline alliances use collaboration between disciplines as a link to form a complementary development model,horizontally revitalize existing medical resources,and focus on improving the ability to treat major diseases.On December 22,2017,Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University,took the lead in establishing the National Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Alliance.This article is a review of the specific practices of the current domestic medical alliances,a gradual assessment of current problems,a development plan for the National Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Allianee,and a preliminary summary of its implementation.
