摘要
通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)与超高效液相色谱-质谱联用法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定防晒霜中奥克立林含量的比对,确证HPLC测定奥克立林含量的准确性.样品经提取处理后,分别采用二极管阵列检测器和质谱检测器检测.HPLC和UPLC-MS/MS测定奥克立林含量的保留时间分别为20.2 min和10.9 min左右,HPLC与UPLC-MS/MS线性回归的相关系数分别为0.9999与0.9968,两者测定结果相近.UPLC-MS/MS测定结果确证了HPLC测定奥克立林结果的准确性.
This study is aimed at verifying the accuracy of the determination of octocrilene in sunscreen by comparing the results of HPLC and UPLC-MS/MS.After extraction and treatment,the samples were detected by photo-diode array detector and mass spectrometry detector respectively.The retention time of octocrilene by HPLC and UPLC-MS/MS method was about 20.2min and 10.9min,respectively.The correlation coefficients of HPLC and UPLC-MS/MS were 0.9999 and 0.9968 respectively.The UPLC-MS/MS results can verify the accuracy of the test results with octocrilene by HPLC.
