在新时代培育和践行社会主义核心价值观时,需要充分了解其内涵特点,以马克思主义认识论为指导,抓住认识根源,把握内涵的历史性,了解历史因子;抓住认识能动性,创造性,把握内涵层次性,了解文化因子;抓住认识目的,把握内涵价值性,了解理论因子,从而增加培育践行的自信心与自觉性,让社会主义核心价值观融入人们学习生活工作各个方面,成为人们"日用而不知"的情感认同和行为习惯。

To cultivate and practice core socialist values in the new era, we need to understand fully their intrinsic characteristics. We need to be guided by Marxist epistemology to understand their epistemological sources so that we can understand their intrinsic historical meanings, to understand their dynamic and creative nature so that we can understand its intrinsic cultural structures, to understand our cognition goal so that we can understand their intrinsic theoretical values. By such endeavors, we can increase our confidence and self-consciousness in cultivation and practice of core socialist values and get them integrated into our daily lives and accepted as our subconscious identification and habit.
