区域一体化:区位落后地区会被边缘化?——基于苏浙沪的实证分析

Regional Integration:Will Backward Regions be Marginalized?—Empirical Analysis Based on Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai

区域一体化进程中,处于区域地理边缘的城市常存在“发展焦虑”感,担心因落后区位导致发展被边缘化。为客观揭示区位要素对经济发展的影响,推动区域高效有机融合发展,以一体化发展较优的苏浙沪地区为研究对象,基于区域经济发展的空间关联性,通过空间计量经济学,探讨了苏浙沪25个城市1995—2018年间主要年份的经济发展格局,提出了区位边缘不会导致发展边缘化的主要观点。结果表明:1)经济水平(GDP)、经济发展效率存在显著的空间集聚特征,苏北、浙西南和嘉湖舟地区整体经济发展较为落后;2)地形起伏度、距省会和上海的交通距离对经济发展效率产生负面影响,但影响力较弱,且随着交通环境的改善,负面影响基本消除殆尽;高速里程、客货运周转率与经济发展呈显著正相关,随着区域的发展,影响效应进一步扩大:3)区位要素存在空间分布差异性,且对区位较差地区的影响更甚,但在一体化过程中,城市功能分工不一,保有发展特色和不可替代性优势,才可避免自身发展被边缘化,并获得一体化建设的核心地位。

In the process of regional integration,there is often a sense of"development anxiety"in cities on the edge of regional geography,which worries about the marginalization of development due to backward location.In order to objectively reveal the influence of location factors on economic development and promote the high-efficiency and organic integration of regional development,this paper takes Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai regions with better integrated development as the research object,based on the spatial relevance of regional economic development,and through spatial econometrics,discusses the economic development pattern of 25 cities in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai in the main years of 1995-2018,and puts forward that location edge will not lead to development.The main idea of marginalization.The results show that:1)the economic level(GDP)and the efficiency of economic development have significant spatial agglomeration characteristics,and the overall economic development in Northern Jiangsu,Southwest Zhejiang and jiahuzhou is relatively backward;2)the terrain fluctuation,the distance from the provincial capital and Shanghai traffic have negative impact on the efficiency of economic development,but the influence is weak,and with the improvement of the traffic environment,the negative impact is basically eliminated;The high-speed mileage and the turnover rate of passenger and freight transport have a significant positive correlation with the economic development.With the development of the region,the influence effect is further expanded:3)there are differences in the spatial distribution of location factors,and the influence on the regions with poor location is even greater.However,in the process of integration,the urban functions are not the same,and the development characteristics and irreplaceable advantages can be maintained to avoid the marginalization of their own development.And get the core position of integration construction.
