摘要
社会化问答社区中的知识共享主要以用户间的“提问—回答”为载体,但由于各类用户的参与积极性不尽相同,严重影响了其传播的效率。因此,实现用户分类将有助于知识共享的改善。基于相关文献,改进了以用户知识共享中心度和用户价值为测量维度的用户分类模型。选取知乎为实证对象,利用Python爬取用户信息,采用社会网络分析和因子分析法对用户进行分类。根据二维分类模型,用户最终被分为核心用户、询问者、回答者、潜水者、活跃者五类。根据分类结果制定相应的管理方案,以促进用户间的知识共享。
The knowledge transmission in social Q&A communities mainly depends on the“question-answer”ties between users,but the enthusiasm for participation differs among them,which seriously affects the efficiency of transmission.Therefore,implementing user classification will contribute to the improvement of knowledge transmission.On basis of the related literature,this paper improves a user classification model with two dimensions(i.e.,user knowledge sharing center degree and user value).Then,it selects“Zhihu”for empirical analysis,using Python to crawl user data,employing social network and factor analysis to classify those users.According to the constructed two-dimensional classification model,users are finally sorted into four categories:core users,inquirers,respondents,lurkers and activists.Formulating a corresponding management plan based on the classification results is beneficial to promoting knowledge transmission among users.
