大学生创业倾向影响因素的整合研究

摘要 大学生创业引发了众多学者研究,然而现有文献还缺乏对创业倾向影响因素的整合研究。从动机和认知的角度,基于动机层次模型,结合社会支持研究,构建了风险承担、感知社会支持、创业核心自我评价与大学生创业倾向之间的研究框架。以340位在校大学生为被试,探讨了风险承担、感知社会支持与大学生创业倾向之间的关系。结果表明:风险承担和感知社会支持对创业倾向都有显著正向作用;创业核心自我评价对创业倾向有显著正向作用,并能够完全中介风险承担对创业倾向的正向作用,部分中介感知社会支持与创业倾向之间的关系。基于以上结论,针对学校和在校大学生分别提出了相应的建议。 University students'entrepreneurship has triggered a lot of research.The extant literature lacks of an integrative research on the influencing factors on entrepreneurial intention of university students.From the perspective of motivation and perception,in terms of Hierarchical Model of Motivation and social support literature,a theoretical model of risk-taking,perceived social support,entrepreneurial core self-evaluation and entrepreneurial intention of university students is built.340 university students were investigated to explore the relationship between risk taking,perceived social support and their entrepreneurial intention.The results found that:risk taking and perceived social support both affect their entrepreneurial intention positively;entrepreneurial core self-evaluation is of significance in affecting entrepreneurial intention positively.It also completely mediates the positive role of risk taking on entrepreneurial intention,and partially mediates the relationship between perceived social support and entrepreneurial intention.Based on the findings,some suggestions for university education and university students are proposed.
