摘要
特高压工程是坚强智能电网的重要组成部分,其建设规模、投资金额、技术难度、施工风险等大幅高于常规工程,进而对工程财务管理提出更高要求。本文以世界"四最"的昌吉一古泉±1100kV特高压直流输电工程为例,以国网公司“建设具有中国特色国际领先的能源互联网企业”战略目标和数字革命为指引,探索搭建业财高度融合的新型管理模式,研究建设智慧化工程财务管理系统,为后续特高压工程财务管理提供全面指导及技术支撑。
UHV project is an imports nt part of building strong and smart grid.Its con structi on scale,inv estme nt amount,technical difficulty and construction risk are significantLy higher than those of conventional projects,which puts forward higher requirements for project financial management.Taking Changji Cuquan±1100kV UHVDC transmission project as an example,guided by the strategic goal of"building an international leading energy platform enterprise with Chinese characteristics"and digital transformation of State Grid Corporation,this paper explores a new management mode of high integration of construction industry and finance,and how to build intelligent project financial management system,so as to improve the financial management of subsequent UHV projects by comprehensive guidance and technical support.
