飞机客舱气体污染物分布成像

摘要 为监测飞机客舱内有害气体,预防其对机上人员造成危害,提出基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术的飞机客舱气体污染物监测方法。建立TDLAS激光调制模型,进行仿真。通过提取TDLAS检测信号的二次谐波分量,建立二次谐波峰值与气体积分浓度的线性关系式。采用仿真TDLAS传感器对飞机客舱横截面进行分层扫描,将扫描结果重构为座舱横截面浓度分布,实现飞机座舱空气污染物的二维可视化成像。对重构浓度分布和原始浓度分布进行对比,分析重构误差分布,验证了监测方法的有效性。 To monitor the harmful gases in the cabin and reduce the damage to the crew caused by these gases,a tunable diode laser absorption spectrum(TDLAS)technology based method for monitoring the gas pollutants in the aircraft cabin was proposed.The laser modulation model of TDLAS was established and simulated.By extracting the second harmonic component of the TDLAS detection signal,the linear relationship between the second harmonic peak value and the integrated concentration of the gas was established.The cross section of the aircraft cabin was scanned by TDLAS sensors.The integral concentration data that acquired by scanning were reconstructed to obtain the concentration distribution of the cabin section.The two-dimensional visua-lization of the airborne pollutants was thus realized.The effectiveness of the monitoring method was verified by comparing the reconstructed concentration distribution with the original concentration distribution and the analysis of the reconstruction error.
