With the critical thinking of analysis,evaluation and reconstruction,the famous“Cultural debate between Frank Chin and Maxine Hong Kingston”in the field of Chinese American literature was reexamined.The analysis,evaluation and reconstruction of the literary phenomenon prove that it is only a“tongue”war with the same goal by different ways,and there is no right or wrong.However,this debate has played a positive role in promoting the pluralistic development of Chinese American literature.
