领悟社会支持对大学新生心理适应性的影响机制

The Influence Mechanism of Perceived Social Support on Freshmen’s Psychological Adaptability

运用领悟社会支持量表、希望感量表、基本心理需要量表和青少年心理适应性量表对588位贵阳市四所高校大学新生进行问卷调查。相关分析结果显示希望感、领悟社会支持、基本心理需要和心理适应性呈现两两正相关;结构方程模型显示领悟社会支持可以部分通过希望感的中介作用来影响心理适应性,而领悟社会支持也能部分通过基本心理需要的来实现作用,并且希望感和基本心理需要在领悟社会支持与心理适应性中均起部分中介作用。可见,领悟社会支持是影响大学新生心理适应性的重要因素,基本心理需要和希望感在其中存在多重中介作用,为后续开展心理干预奠定了理论依据。

588 freshmen from four colleges in Guiyang were chosen to complete Perceived Social Support Scale,Herth Hope Scale,Basic Psychological Needs Scale and Adolescent Psychological Adaptability scale.Correlation analyses showed that hope,basic psychological needs,perceived social support and psychological adaptation were significantly and positively correlated with each other.Structural equation model showed that perceived social support can partly affect psychological adaptability through the mediating effect of hope,the understanding of social support can also be achieved partly through the mediating effect of basic psychological needs.Further research showed that hope and basic psychological needs play a part of mediating role in perceived social support and psychological adaptability.Therefore,perceived social support is an important factor that affects freshmen’s psychological adaptability,and there are mediating effects of basic psychological needs and hope in the relationship between perceived social support and psychological adaptability to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up psychological intervention.
