职业院校育训并举办学模式的调研与思考

Investigation and Thinking on the Cooperative Running Mode of Education and Training in Vocational Colleges

以滦南县职业教育中心等10所典型的职业院校为研究对象进行调研分析,调研发现,部分职业院校在育训并举办学模式探索中取得了显著成效,积累了一定经验。但育训并举办学模式在课程体系、目标任务、评价标准、师资建设等方面仍然存在一些问题。因此,育训并举办学模式要在制度建设、体制机制、深化运行等方面进行改革,深入探索育训并举办学模式的新途径。

A survey was conducted with 10 vocational colleges including Luannan County Vocational Education Center as the objects,and found that some vocational colleges have achieved remarkable results in the exploration of training and running school models,with relatively rich experience.However,problems still exist in the curriculum system,training objectives and tasks,evaluation criteria,and teachers training,etc..Therefore,in the practice of training and running schools,further reform in perfecting system,reforming mechanism,and deepening operation,etc.should be make to explore new ways to implement the model.
