血浆D-二聚体与急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分的相关性及其影响因素分析

Correlation Between Plasma D-Dimer and NIHSS Score in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence Factor Analysis

目的 探讨血浆D-二聚体与急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分的相关性及其影响因素.方法 连续收集2017年1月—2018年12月在中国医科大学附属第四医院神经内科住院的急性脑梗死患者307例,依据入院时NIHSS评分进行分组,比较各组血浆D-二聚体差异,并探讨血浆D-二聚体与其它因素的关系.结果 重度脑梗死组血浆D-二聚体水平明显高于轻、中度脑梗死组,中度脑梗死组血浆D-二聚体水平高于轻度脑梗死组.年龄、合并肺炎、糖化血红蛋白在按照急性脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体水平分组中的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血浆D-二聚体水平与急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分存在一定正相关.年龄增加、合并肺炎、糖化血红蛋白升高与急性脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体水平升高存在相关性.

Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma D-dimer and NIHSS score in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 307 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Neurology Department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were successively collected.The differences of plasma D-dimer in each group were compared according to the NIHSS score on admission,and the relationship between plasma D-dimer and other factors was discussed.Results The plasma D-dimer level of severe cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of mild and moderate acute cerebral infarction group,and the plasma D・dimer level of moderate cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of mild acute cerebral infarction group.There were statistically significant differences in age,pneumonia,and hemoglobin ale in the plasma D-dimer levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma D-dimer level was positively correlated with NIHSS score in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Increased age,pneumonia,and glycosylated hemoglobin were correlated with increased plasma D-dimer levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
