苏州市7~12岁儿童单纯性肥胖流行病学调查

Epidemiological Survey on Obesity Among Children Aged 7-12 Years in Suzhou Region

目的 了解苏州市7~12岁小学生儿童超重和肥胖检出率,探讨苏州市小学生儿童超重和肥胖的流行病学特征.方法 采用总体抽样方法 对2018年苏州市吴中区82744名7~12岁小学生进行身高、体重测量.采用中国肥胖问题工作组制定的中国学龄儿童超重、肥胖BMI筛查分类标准计算肥胖和超重的检出率.结果 2018年苏州市7~12岁儿童超重检出率16.7%,肥胖检出率5.8%.男生、女生的超重、肥胖的检出率分别为19.7%、7.8%和13.1%、3.4%,男生超重及肥胖检出率明显高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).郊区男生、女生超重、肥胖检出率分别为20.7%、8.5%和14.1%、4.0%,城区男生、女生超重、肥胖检出率分别为18.6%、7.0%,和12.0%、2.8%,郊区儿童超重、肥胖检出率明显高于城区,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 苏州市儿童超重率高于全国平均水平,肥胖率低于全国水平,并且出现郊区超过城区的新情况,应积极采取措施应对,成立社区及基层医院儿童肥胖防治中心势在必行.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of overweight and obesity and the distribution in primary school students aged from 7-12 years in Suzhou,and to explore its epidemiological characteristics.Methods With a cluster sampling method,permanent residents aged 7-12 years were selected from primary school students in Suzhou.The prevalence of overweight and obesity was calculated according to the standard for evaluation of adolescent overweight and obesity recommended by the Working Group on Obesity in China(WGOC).Results In 201&the prevalence of overweight and obesity were 16.7%and 5.8%respectively.The boys'prevalence of overweight and obesity were 19.7%and 7.8%respectively,while those in the girls were 13.1%and 3.4%respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The boys and girls'prevalence of overweight and obesity were 20.7%,8.5%and 14.1%,4.0%respectively in suburban,while those in urban were 18.6%,7.0%,and 12.0%,2.8%respectively.The prevalence of overweight and obesity in suburban areas was significantly higher than that in urban areas.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The prevalence of overweight is higher than that of the national average level.The prevalence of obesity is lower than the national level.There has been a new situation in the obesity prevalence of suburban children exceeding urban children.To control and relieve this situation,it is imperative to establish a child obesity prevention and treatment center in community and primary hospitals.
