粤港澳大湾区城市文化产品供给能力比较研究

A Comparative Evaluation of the Supply Capacity of Urban Cultural Products in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

文化产品供给能力是指能够向社会提供各种形式文化产品或服务的数量和质量。增加高质量文化产品供给对粤港澳大湾区实现人文湾区建设目标具有重要意义。通过运用科学研究方法,从文化设施、文化投入、文化产出和文化交流四个方面建立城市文化产品供给能力评价指标体系,综合评价粤港澳大湾区各城市的文化产品供给的优势和不足。研究发现,粤港澳大湾区各城市文化产品供给能力呈现明显的分化现象,城市之间差距明显;同时,各城市文化产品供给能力在文化设施、文化投入、文化产出和文化交流上各有短板,必须采取相应的对策措施,补短板,强弱项,从整体上增强文化产品供给能力。

The supply capacity of cultural products refers to the quantity and quality of various forms of cultural products or services that can be provided to society. Increasing the supply of high-quality cultural products is of great importance for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to achieve the goal of constructing the humanities bay area. Based on scientific research methods, this paper establishes the evaluation index system for the supply capacity of urban cultural products from four aspects: cultural facilities, cultural inputs, cultural outputs, and cultural exchanges;then comprehensively evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of urban cultural product supply in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Overall, we find that the cultural product supply capacity of each city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is clearly differentiated, and the gap between cities is obvious. Meanwhile, each city’s cultural product supply capacity has shortcomings in cultural facilities, cultural inputs, cultural output and cultural exchanges. Therefore, to enhance the supply capacity of urban cultural products as a whole, corresponding countermeasures must be taken to improve weak links and strengthen areas of weaknesses.
