从温度、气压、湿度、风力、太阳辐射量及维生素D合成、心理因素等方面分析寒带气象条件造成寒区作战官兵肌肉和关节疼痛的生理和病理机制,针对性地提出预防措施和训练方案,为进一步的相关研究提供理论依据。

This paper analyzed the physiological and pathological mechanisms of muscle and joint pain caused by meteorological conditions in cold regions from temperature,barometric pressure,humidity,wind speed,solar radiation,vitamin D and psychological factors,and proposed targeted preventive measures and training programs.Our studies could provide theoretical basis and suggestions for further in-depth research and targeted preventive measures,and ultimately help the temperate combat troopsto accomplish the cold combat missionbetter.
