摘要
沃格林与施特劳斯的对话从早期对于科学主义的批判,到中期对于胡塞尔的理解,始终围绕着作为实在秩序的前科学知识这一话题。他们的共同点也建立于此,即对于政治事务的研究必然要将人相关于实在的本然秩序。但是在如何理解前科学知识和与之相应的具体操作上,二者出现了严重分歧。这个分歧最终在这个问题中体现出来,即对于前科学知识的指示最终能否将之归于体验,以及能否依据体验将实在之理解放置于历史的象征形式中。作为本质的前科学知识是否可以在体验中被历史化,对于这一问题的不同回答,就决定了沃格林与施特劳斯的差异。
The dialogue between Voegelin and Strauss began with the criticism of scientism and has always revolved around the topic of pre-scientific knowledge as the order of reality.Their common denominator is also based here.That is,our study of political affairs is bound to relate people to the natural order of reality.But there was a serious disagreement between the two of them on how to understand pre-scientific knowledge.This difference is finally reflected in this question,that is,whether the indication of pre-scientific knowledge can ultimately be attributed to experience,and whether the understanding of reality can be placed in the symbolic form of history.Whether the pre-scientific knowledge as the essence can be historized in the experience,the different answers to this question determine the difference between Voegelin and Strauss.
