表面式永磁同步电机模型预测直接转矩控制备选电压矢量集合研究 被引量:17

摘要 针对传统永磁同步电机模型预测直接转矩控制在转子旋转坐标系计算电流和磁链,需要转子坐标旋转变化,且以逆变器生成的全部电压矢量作为备选电压矢量集合,计算负担影响较大,提出了定子磁链坐标系下的表面式永磁同步电机模型预测控制直接转矩预测,通过定子磁链扇区及磁链和转矩增减控制判断,精简备选电压矢量集合。仿真对比不同备选电压矢量集合控制下,表面式永磁同步电机模型预测控制直接转矩预测的控制性能,并基于STC89C51单片机平台,实验对比不同备选电压矢量集合下模型预测控制的运算时间。综合考虑不同备选电压矢量集合下表面式永磁同步电机模型预测控制直接转矩预测系统的控制性能和计算负担,给出了一种较为理想的备选电压矢量集合。 In order to solve high calculation burden of conventional model predictive direct torque control(MP-DTC)for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),candidate voltage vectors sets were studied.Conventional MP-DTC was carried on rotor flux coordinate system,and coordination rotating transformation was required.And all voltage vectors generated by voltage source inverter(VSI)were used as candidate voltage vectors in conventional MP-DTC,which results in high calculation burden.The MP-DTC of surface PMSM in stator flux coordinate system was established.According to the information of voltage vector sector and the increase or decrease in stator flux and torque,candidate voltage vectors sets were proposed.Control performances of the MP-DTC for surface PMSM using different candidate voltage vectors sets were compared.And time consuming of the MP-DTC of surface PMSM using different candidate voltage vectors were calculated based on STC89C51chip.Considering control performances and calculation burden synthetically,the ideal candidate voltage vector set was proposed for MP-DTC of surface PMSM.
