不同频率短纯音刺激声对颈肌前庭诱发肌源性电位的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较健康青年人不同频率短纯音刺激声对颈肌前庭诱发肌源性电位(cervical VEMP,cVEMP)结果的影响,探讨500 Hz和1000 Hz短纯音对cVEMP潜伏期、幅度、幅度比和不对称度的影响.方法29名健康青年人,其中男15名,女14名,共58耳,采用随机函数确定测试顺序,分别采用500 Hz和1000 Hz短纯音为刺激声,行cVEMP测试.记录cVEMP的P1、N2潜伏期、幅度、幅度比和不对称度等参数.结果500 Hz比1000 Hz记录到cVEMP潜伏期更长,具有显著性差异(t P1=10.50,t N1=11.38,P均<0.05).500 Hz比1000 Hz记录到的校正前后幅度更高(t校正前=10.01,t校正后=-8.03,P均<0.05).两种频率记录到的cVEMP幅度比和不对称度比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).相同频率记录到cVEMP幅度比和不对称度在幅度校正前后的数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论500 Hz可记录到幅度更高的cVEMP,有助于临床判断并分析波形.幅度校正对幅度比和不对称度结果无影响. OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of tone burst stimuli of different frequencies on the results of cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potentials in healthy young people,and to explore the effects of 500 Hz and 1000 Hz tone burst on cVEMP latency,amplitude,amplitude ratio and asymmetry.METHODS 29 healthy young people(15 males and 14 females,a total of 58 ears)used a random function to determine the test sequence,using 500 and 1000 Hz tone burst as stimulating sounds for cVEMP test,recording the P1,N2 latency of cVEMP,amplitude,amplitude ratio and asymmetry.RESULTS The latency of cVEMP recorded at 500 Hz comparing with 1000 Hz was longer with significant differences(tp1=10.50,tN1=11.38,P<0.05).The amplitude at 500 Hz comparing with 1000 Hz was higher with significant differences(rpececio=10.01,tpsoeorcrct.-8.03,P<0.05).The amplitude ratio and asymmetry of cV EMP recorded at the two frequencies were not significantly different(P>0.05).The amplitude ratio and asymmetry of cVEMP recorded at the same frequency had no significant difference before and after amplitude correction(P>0.05).CONCLUSION 500 Hz can record cVEMP with higher amplitude,which is helpful for clinical judgment and waveform analysis.The amplitude correction has no effect on the amplitude ratio and asymmetry results.
