摘要
目的本文采用Meta分析的方法,评估单纯阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者体内内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)数量变化,初步了解OSAHS人群中EPCs的变化与血管损伤的关系.方法利用计算机搜索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane、CNKI及万方等数据库,收集相关研究,按制定标准经质量评价后纳入文献;应用RevMan5和STATA 10.0分析单纯OSAHS患者及治疗前后EPCs的数量变化.结果共纳入9项相关研究,结果显示:单纯OSAHS患者体内EPCs数量显著低于健康对照组(SMD=-0.32,95%CI:-0.59^-0.04),在重度的OSAHS患者中下降尤为明显(治疗前比治疗后:SMD=-0.45,95%CI:-0.75^-0.15);OSAHS患者治疗后EPCs水平明显升高(SMD=-0.29,95%CI:-0.48^-0.11).结论OSAHS人群,尤其是重度OSAHS患者中EPCs数量显著下降,经治疗后有所改善.
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the changes of EPCs in patients with OSAHS alone and preliminarily explored the relationship between the changes of EPCs in OSAHS population and vascular injury.METHODS We systematically searched related contents in PubMed,Embase,the Cochranedatabase,CNKI and Wanfangdata and further screened and extracted reports on EPCs changes in the peripheral blood of OSAHS patients.The results were analyzed using Cochranedatabase,CNKI and Wanfangdata and further screened and extracted reprts on EPCs changes in the peripheral blood of OSAHS patients.The results were analyzed using RevMan5 and Stata10.0 software.RESULTS Nine studies were eligible for inclusion.It was found that compared with healthy controls,the EPCs level in patients with OSAHS alone was significantly reduced(SMD=-0.32,95%CI:-0.59--0.04),while in severe OSAHS patients,EPCs levels were significantly reduced.The EPCs level of OSAHS patients after CPAP treatment was significantly increased(pre-vs.pro-treatment:SMD=-0.45,95%CI:-0.75--0.15).CONCLUSION Compared with the normal population,the number of EPCs in OSAHS patients,especially patients with severe OSAHS,is significantly reduced,while improved after treatment.The number of EPCs in OSAHS patients who have not excluded cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is significantly reduced.
