摘要
以麦饭石和钾长石为原材料,PVA为粘结剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,聚乙烯海绵为载体,采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺,反复浸渍并挤出多余浆料,自然干燥和机器烘干的方法,制备了多孔麦饭石陶瓷.利用XRD,SEM等手段研究了烧结制品的晶相组成及显微结构,同时还对麦饭石陶瓷的孔隙率、强度等力学性能进行了测试.结果表明,当烧成温度为1150℃,保温时间为2 h时,其强度、气孔率都较佳.
Using maerfan stone and potassium feldspar as raw materials,PVA as the binder,polyethylene glycol as dispersant,polyethylene sponge as the carrier,using organic foam impregnation process,the excess slurry is repeatedly impregnated and extruded,natural drying and machine drying were used to prepare maerfan stone ceramics for improving water quality.The crystal phase composition and microstructure of the sintered product were studied by means of XRD and SEM.And the mechanical properties such as porosity and strength of maifanite ceramics were also tested.The results show that the strength and porosity are better when the firing temperature is 1150℃and the holding time is 2 h.
