The Practice of Solving People′s Wellbeing Problems:A Perspective of Qingdao′s livelihood

市办实事是地方政府立足实际,把群众关心的难点、热点和焦点问题作为当年工作重点的一项重要举措,关于这方面的研究基本停留在就事论事或工作汇报的阶段,亟需针对这一实践活动进行理论总结和提炼,从而管窥整个民生事业存在的问题和不足,提出具有针对性的决策建议,促进这项工作的进一步开展。

The practice of solving people′s wellbeing problems is an important practice which is based on the actual situation of local government,focusing onthe difficulties,hot spots and key points of livelihood of people.The research in this field is basically at the stage of describing facts or reporting work.This paper summarizes and refines the theory of this important practical activity,so as to see the problems and shortcomings of it,and put forward suggestions in order to further improve this work.
