课例研究视域下小学STEM教师能力发展策略

On the Ability Development Strategy of STEM Teachers in Primary Schools from the Perspective of Case Study

摘要 课例研究是促进教师能力发展的重要途径。小学STEM教师在教育价值理解、学科基础、跨学科理解与实践、课例选择与设计、课例实施与反思五方面能力均已获得一定的提升。建议整合STEM教育力量,建立多方联动机制;区域构建课例研究资源库,开展课例研究培训;激发教师的内在动力,积极参与课例研究,以期进一步促进小学STEM教师的能力发展。 Case study is one of the important ways to promote the development of STEM teachers’ability.The ability of STEM teachers in primary school has been improved to a certain extent in five aspects:educational value understanding,discipline foundation,interdisciplinary understanding and practice,STEM case selection and design,curriculum implementation and reflection.In the future,we can integrate the power of STEM education and establish a multi-party linkage mechanism;construct a regional case study resource base and conduct case study training;stimulate the internal motivation of primary school STEM teachers and encourage them to actively participate in STEM case study,so as to promote the ability development of primary school STEM teachers.
