On the Revitalization of Rural Culture and the Integrated Development of Urban and Rural Areas

城乡融合发展是党的十九大报告提出的关于解决“三农”问题、推动乡村振兴和城乡区域协调发展的重要指导思想,对做好新时期“三农”工作,实现全面建成小康社会、基本实现现代化和建成现代化强国的目标均具有重要的指导意义。要顺利推进城乡融合发展,首先要在理论上搞清楚城乡融合发展的基本含义,并确定从哪些方面来观察城乡融合发展的程度及水平。在深入剖析城乡融合发展中所存在主要问题的基础上,从文化视角探讨乡村文化振兴对城乡融合发展破局的意义,并提出有针对性的对策建议。

The integrated development of urban and rural areas is an important guiding idea put forward by the 19th national congress of CPC,which is about solving the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers and promoting rural revitalization and coordinated development of urban and rural areas.It is of great guiding significance to do a good job in the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in the new period,and to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,basically realizing modernization and building a modern powerful country.But to smoothly promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,we should first theoretically understand the basic meaning of the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and make certain the aspects through which we can measure the level and degree of the integrated development of urban and rural areas.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the main problems in the development of urban-rural integration,this paper discusses the significance of rural cultural revitalization as the breaking point to the urban-rural integration development from the cultural perspective,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
