摘要 多维冲击器是一种轴向与扭向复合冲击钻井工具,其冲击载荷在轴向与扭向的分配固定。为了提高该工具在不同地层的提速效果,对工具进行了技术改进,使其轴向与扭向冲击载荷能够根据需要进行合理分配。阐述了多维冲击器的工作原理以及内部冲击载荷的分配方法,针对应用井各层段的钻探难点,将不同冲击载荷分配比例的多维冲击器应用于不同地层,并将其提速效果与常规钻井方法的提速效果进行对比。研究结果表明:该工具的机械钻速比常规钻井方法提高7.1%~98.5%,单趟钻进尺提高30.8%~171.3%。基于多维冲击器的分地层钻井提速技术能够有针对性地解决深井钻井中的钻探难题,从而获得最佳的提速效果,为塔里木盆地深层钻探提供了一种有效的全井段提速模式。 The multi-dimensional impactor is an axial and torsional composite impacting drilling tool,and its impact load is fixed in the axial and torsional direction.In order to improve the performance of the tool in different formations,technical improvements are made to the tool so that the axial and torsional impact loads can be reasonably distributed as required.The working principle of the tool and the distribution method of internal impact load are described.Considering the drilling difficulties of each layer of the applied well,multi-dimensional impactors with different impact load distribution ratios are applied to different formations,and the drilling performance is compared with that of conventional drilling methods.The research results show that the ROP is 7.1%~98.5%higher than that of conventional drilling,and the drilling footage per bit is increased by 30.8%~171.3%.The ROP improvement technology based on the multi-dimensional impactor can specifically address the drilling problems in deep well drilling,so as to obtain the best ROP improvement effect,and provide an effective whole-well ROP improvement mode for deep well drilling in the Tarim Basin.
