摘要
射流式水力振荡器由振荡短节和脉冲短节组成,脉冲短节决定了水力振荡器的性能,研究射流式脉冲短节的压力波特性和射流压降具有重要意义。针对Ф120 mm井眼,设计了工作排量8~10 L/s的Ф89 mm射流式脉冲短节,建立其流场数值试验模型,对其上、下冲程和射流换向过程进行了数值试验,并对工具进行了地面试验。试验结果表明:在给定的计算参数条件下,工具出口可以产生阶梯状压力脉冲,压力脉冲幅值为1.00 MPa,工具压降约2.20 MPa;工具上、下死点射流切换速度快,工具在射流速度40 m/s下即可稳定换向,实现了低速射流换向的设想,射流压降比目前大尺寸工具降低了1.50 MPa。所得结论可为后续射流式水力振荡器的设计提供参考。
The pulse assembly determines the performance of the jet hydraulic oscillator.It is of great significance to study the pressure wave characteristics and jet pressure drop of the jet pulse assembly.For theФ120 mm wellbore,aФ89 mm jet pulse assembly with a working displacement of 8~10 L/s is designed.Its flow field numerical test model is established to conduct numerical experiments on the up and down strokes and jet switching process.Ground tests of the tool are also conducted.The test results show that:under the conditions of the given calculated parameters,the tool outlet can generate a stepped pressure pulse with the pressure pulse amplitude of 1.00 MPa.The tool pressure drop is about 2.20 MPa.The top and bottom dead center jet switching speed of the tool is fast.The tool could achieve stable switching at the jet velocity of 40 m/s,realizing the idea of low-speed jet switching.The jet pressure drop is 1.50 MPa lower than that of the current large-size tools.The study can provide references for the subsequent design of jet hydraulic oscillators.
