学术委员会在高校内部治理中为什么会被边缘化——以A大学为例

Why Academic Committees are Marginalized in the Internal Governance of Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of University A

近年来,在国家系列法律法规和相关政策文件的支持下,我国高校不断探索和发展学术委员会制度。然而,不少高校学术委员会却愈发呈现出被边缘化的状态。文章以A大学校学术委员会为研究对象,通过深度访谈、文本分析等方式探究A大学校学术委员会的运行现状,并基于组织管理要素视角分析其被边缘化的成因。最后从组织结构、组织人员、组织文化、环境变化和信息渠道方面分别提出改善高校学术委员会被边缘化现状的对策建议,以期为我国高校建设中国特色现代大学制度,冲击世界一流大学提供借鉴。

In recent years,with the support of a series of national laws and regulations and related policy documents,Chinese colleges and universities have continuously explored and developed the academic committee system.However,many academic committees in colleges and universities in China are increasingly marginalized.This paper takes academic committee of university A as the research object,explores the operation status of academic committee of university A through in-depth interviews and text analysis,and analyses the causes of its marginalization from the perspective of organizational management elements.Finally,from the aspects of organizational structure,organizational personnel,organizational culture,environmental changes and information channels,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the marginalized status of academic committees in colleges and universities so as to provide reference for the construction of modern university system with Chinese characteristics and the construction of world-class universities.
