摘要
尊师重教、师道尊严是中华民族的优良传统。但是审视当下教育和社会中教师的地位时,我们不难发现,师道尊严正遭遇着愈发严峻的挑战。知识生成逻辑的转变,教师道德实践逻辑的缺失,社会交往逻辑的断裂,是师道尊严走向式微的主要原因。为重振师道尊严,必须保障教师权利的合法性,引导社会培育尊师文化,转变教师教育理念,优化学校教师管理,继而全社会形成尊师重教的良好风尚。
It is the fine tradition of Chinese people to attach importance to teachers and education and to uphold the dignity of teachers.However,when we look at the status of teachers in education and society,it is not difficult to find that the dignity of teachers is facing more and more serious challenges.The transformation of knowledge generation logic,the lack of teachers’moral practice logic and the fracture of social communication logic are the main reasons for the decline of teachers’dignity.In order to revitalize the dignity of teachers,we must ensure the legitimacy of teachers’rights,guide the society to cultivate the culture of respecting teachers,change the concept of teacher education,optimize the management of school teachers,and then form a good fashion of respecting teachers and valuing education in the whole society.
