摘要 文章以我国"双一流"学科数量排名最靠前的12所高校为样本,通过梳理和比较分析青年教师拔尖人才引进、评聘、培育、激励等方面的成长机制,提出应健全多样化的青年拔尖人才激励方式,发展包容性的青年拔尖人才考核流动方式,完善更具转化导向的学术成果评价指标体系,营造宽松、公益的学术科研氛围,以期完善青年教师拔尖人才的成长机制,促进"双一流"建设。 The growth mechanism of top talents among young faculty is critical to the"Double First-Class"construction.By taking the 12 top universities on the"Double First-Class"discipline ranking list as the object of study,this paper analyzes the growth mechanism of top talents among young faculty from aspects of talent recruitment,evaluation,development and encouragement,and proposes that the modification of young talents growth mechanism should focus on the diversified incentive,comprehensive evaluation,free fluidity,better achievement application and academic atmosphere."Double First-Class"construction would benefit from these modifications of the growth mechanism of top talents.
