Xi Jinping’s important discourse on overseas Chinese affairs was mainly formed during his administration in Fujian,Zhejiang,and Shanghai.Among them,Fujian was the region where Xi Jinping served the longest in the local area.In addition,it is located on the southeast coast and faces Taiwan,provided a solid foundation.The "View on Overseas Chinese Affairs"s an important part of Xi Jinping’s discourse on overseas Chinese affairs.A careful review of the practice of the "View on Overseas Chinese Affairs"in Fujian will help us better understand Xi Jinping’s thoughts and expressions on topics such as a community ofcommondestiny for all mankind and the "Belt and Road".It is also an action guide for overseas Chinese workers and researchers to better carry out their work under the new situation.
