闽东霞浦县一个海岛村庄的海外新移民研究

Research On Overseas New Immigrants In Island Village Beisuan Village of Xiapu County In East Fujian

宁德市霞浦县的北礵村是个海岛村庄,村民都是福州市长乐区移民的后裔。他们仍与祖籍地保持着密切的社会、经济等往来关系,具有与周边村庄不同的语言、风俗习惯和民间信仰等文化,成为一个社会学上的“飞来峰”。因此,在福建海外移民中大量存在的移民链作用下,从20世纪的80年代中期开始,北礵村民也在老家长乐亲友的引领下,接二连三地纷纷移民到美国和英国为主的世界各地,使这个只有2600多人口,原来并没有海外移民的村庄,也出现了1500多人的海外新移民,成为改革开放后新兴的大侨村。

Beisuan village of Xiapu county in Ningde city is an island village,where villagers are all descendants of immigrants from Changle district of Fuzhou city.They still maintain close social and economic relations with their ancestral place,and possess their different languages,customs,and folk beliefs from those of surrounding villages,and become a"Feilai Peak",which is described in sociology.Therefore,with the influence of a large number of immigrant chains existing among Fujian overseas immigrants,from the mid-1980s,the villagers of Beisuan have immigrated to the United States and the United Kingdom successively under the leadership of their relatives and friends.As a result,this village which had a population of only over 2,600 without overseas immigrants before,also emerged with more than 1,500 new overseas immigrants,and became a new Diaspora's Large Village after the Reform and Openingup policy.
