早期抗焦虑在干燥综合征患者中的应用效果

Application effect of early anti-anxiety in patients with Sjogren′s syndrome

目的探讨早期抗焦虑在干燥综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月~2019年8月我院收治的100例干燥综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期抗焦虑。比较两组患者不良情绪与生活质量的改善效果。结果两组干预后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分(进食功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的干预满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在干燥综合征治疗中采取早期抗焦虑措施,能够明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,有助于生活质量与患者满意度的提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of early anti-anxiety in patients with Sjogren′s syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with Sjogren′s syndrome admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early anti-anxiety.The improvement effect of adverse emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores(eating function,psychological function,social function and material life)of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early anti-anxiety measures in the treatment of Sjogren′s syndrome can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,and help to improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.
