翻转课堂结合教学竞赛在手术室新入职护士培训中的应用效果

Application effect of flipped classroom combined with teaching competition in the training of newly recruited nurses in operating room

目的探讨翻转课堂结合教学竞赛在手术室新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6~8月入我院的15例新入职护士为对照组,选取2018年6~8月入我院的15例新入职护士为观察组。对照组采取“导师制带教+核心能力培训”;观察组在对照组的基础上增加“翻转课堂+教学竞赛”。两组培训时间均为1年。记录两组的考核成绩(理论和操作)、新入职护士对培训的满意度、医生对新入职护士的满意度。结果观察组的理论和操作成绩分别为(91.89±2.80)分和(90.10±1.70)分,对照组理论成绩和操作成绩分别为(80.74±3.33)分和(83.38±3.09)分,观察组的理论和操作成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组对培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的医生满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论导师制是手术室长期以来的带教模式;核心能力培训是一种规范化培训,内容全面、科学性强;翻转课堂和教学竞赛能提高导师及新入职护士的积极性。传承、科学、创新是一种值得推广的模式。

Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with teaching competition in the training of newly recruited nurses in operating room.Methods Fifteen newly recruited nurses who entered our hospital from June to August 2017 were selected as control group,and 15 newly recruited nurses who entered our hospital from June to August 2018 were selected as observation group.The control group adopted″tutor mentoring and core competence training″mode,and in the observation group″flipped classroom and teaching competition″was added on the basis of the control group.The time of training for both groups was one year.The assessment results(theory and operation),the satisfaction rate of the newly recruited nurses with the training,and the satisfaction rate of the doctors with the newly recruited nurses in the two groups were recorded.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were(91.89±2.80)points and(90.10±1.70)points,respectively.The theoretical and operational scores of the control group were(80.74±3.33)points and(83.38±3.09)points,respectively.The theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The observation group′s satisfaction with training was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The doctors′satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The tutor system has been a teaching mode in operating room for a long time,and the core competence training is a standardized training with comprehensive content and strong scientificity.Flipped classroom and teaching competition can greatly increase the enthusiasm of tutors and new nurses.It has the characteristics of inheritance,scientificity and innovation,which is worthy of promoting.
