摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预措施在单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院行单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术老年100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用实施优质护理干预措施。结果研究组的术中出血量及术后引流量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的术后引流管留置时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的干预后1、7 d的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床结合实施单孔胸腔镜下肺癌根治术老年患者的疾病特点,落实开展优质护理干预措施有着重要价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in the elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing single hole thoracoscopy.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,100 elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing single hole thoracoscopic radical surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)by drawing lots at random.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods and the patients in the study group were treated with quality nursing intervention.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage in the study group were less than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The retention time of drainage tube in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein(CRP)and scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great value to carry out high-quality nursing interventions in combination with the disease characteristics of elderly patients undergoing single hole thoracoscopic lung cancer radical operation.
