儿童社会情绪发育与维生素D浓度的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between children’s social emotional development and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D concentration

目的探讨儿童社会情绪发育与25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]浓度的相关性。方法选取2019年1至12月在南通市妇幼保健院儿童保健科就诊的1~3岁儿童为研究对象,采用《中国幼儿情绪性及社会性发展量表(CITSEA)》评定儿童社会情绪发育,选取40例发育异常儿童作为研究组,38例发育正常儿童作为对照组。同时采用酶联免疫吸附法测定25(OH)D水平,探讨儿童社会情绪发育与维生素D不足的相关性。结果研究组维生素D不足者13例,维生素D不足发生率为32.50%,对照组维生素D不足者3例,维生素D不足发生率为7.89%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.236,P<0.05)。维生素D不足的儿童在情绪社会化发育外显行为域中的活动度/冲动度、能力域上的亲社会同伴关系评分均高于维生素D正常的儿童,在失调域中的负性情绪评分低于维生素D正常儿童(t值分别为2.245、2.395、2.517,均P<0.05)。结论儿童社会情绪发育与维生素D不足存在一定的相关性,在儿童保健的实际工作中,需要重视并及时对儿童进行维生素D水平的监测,关注儿童早期社会情绪发育,对促进儿童的身心健康发展有着重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the correlation between social emotional development and 25(OH)D concentration in children.Methods 1 to 3 years old children admitted to the children’s health department of Nantong Maternal and Child Health Center were selected as the research objects.The Chinese Infant Emotionality and Social Development Scale(CITSEA) was used to evaluate the social emotional development.40 children with abnormal development were selected as the study group and 38 children with normal development were selected as the control group.At the same time,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to determine the value of 25(OH)D to explore the correlation between children’s social emotional development and 25(OH)D deficiency.Results There were 13 cases of 25(OH)D deficiency in the study group,the incidence of 25(OH)D deficiency was 32.50%,and there were 3 cases of 25(OH)D deficiency in the control group,and the incidence of 25(OH)D deficiency was 7.89%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.236,P<0.05).Children with 25(OH)D insufficiency had higher in activity/impulsivity in the explicit behavioral domains of social emotional development and prosocial peer relationship in the ability domain than children with normal vitamin D,and lower negative emotional index in the disorder domain in children with normal vitamin D(t=2.245,2.395 and 2.517,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the development of children’s social emotions and the deficiency of 25(OH)D.In the actual clinical work of children’s health care,it is necessary to timely monitor the concentration of 25(OH)D in children and pay attention to the development of children’s social emotion in early childhood,which is of great significance to promote the physical and mental health development of children in the future.
