Investigation on Demand for Talents of Facility Agriculture and Equipment in Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing

采用文献分析法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,针对行业发展现状与趋势、企业岗位设置和能力需求、学生的专业和个性化发展需要等开展深入调研。进一步了解北京地区设施农业产业发展趋势,掌握设施农业与装备专业相关企业岗位能力要求,明确对毕业生的知识、技能和素养能力的认识,了解学生的专业和个性化发展需求,为进一步优化专业人才培养定位,深化专业内涵建设提供可靠依据,进而促进专业人才培养质量的不断提升,更好地为区域经济社会发展提供智力支持和人才保障。

By using methods of literature analysis,expert interview and questionnaire survey,research on current situation and trend of industry development,enterprise post setting and ability demand,students’ professional and personalized development needs were conducted in-depth. It could further understand development trend of facility agriculture industry in Beijing,master post ability requirements of enterprises related to facility agriculture and equipment specialty,clarify knowledge,skills and literacy ability of graduates,and understand professional and personalized development needs of students,provide reliable basis for further optimizing orientation of professional training and deepening construction of professional connotation,and promote professionals. With continuous improvement of the quality of talent training,it could better provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for regional economic and social development.
