摘要
汽轮机阀门流量特性对火电机组的涉网性能有重要影响。阀门流量特性不理想会造成火电机组一次调频性能下降,或是诱发机组功率振荡乃至电网低频振荡。为了实现汽轮机阀门流量特性问题的全过程管控,开发了一套汽轮机阀门流量特性在线监测优化系统,该系统可实现对阀门流量特性的在线监测和阀门流量函数的滚动优化。结果表明:应用该系统后某300 MW机组的汽轮机阀门流量特性具有良好线性,从而消除由于非线性所带来的涉网风险;配合适当的使用方法,该系统能够实现阀门流量特性问题的主动防治,从根本上解决其引起的火电机组涉网性能问题。
Discharge characteristics of the governing valve for steam turbine have an important influence on thermal power unit.Undesired discharge characteristics would degrade the primary frequency regulation performance of thermal power unit,causing power oscillation and even grid low frequency oscillation.To establish whole process management for the discharge characteristics of governing valves for steam turbine,an online-monitoring and optimization device was developed.The device can realize online-monitoring for the discharge characteristics of governing valves,and rolling optimization for the valve discharge characteristics correction function.The application to a 300 MW unit indicated that the unit’s valve discharge characteristics were much improved and excellent linearity was obtained,thus the risks caused by nonlinearity could be avoided.With proper application method,the device can completely solve the problems associated with the discharge characteristics of governing valves for steam turbine.
