摘要 核电厂发电机抽转子是设备解体过程中的关键步骤,具有作业难度大、工艺复杂、多专业协作的特点。文章以某核电厂1号机组发电机首次解体为例,设计专用工具优化厂家原设计抽芯方案,减少1台行车的使用,缩短大修工期,并总结抽转子过程中需要注意的关键点,确保抽转子过程中的设备安全,具有借鉴意义。 Pulling out the generator rotor in nuclear power plant is a key step in the process of equipment disassembly,which has the characteristics of difficult operation,complex process and multi-disciplinary cooperation.Taking the first disassemblyof the generator of Unit 1 in a nuclear power plant as an example,the special tools for optimizing the original design of pulling rotor out scheme was designed,which reduce the use of one crane and shorten the overhaul period.The relevant precautions should be paid attention to in the process of pulling out the rotor was summarized,so as to ensure the safety of the equipment in the process,which hadreference significance.
