摘要 随着电网的不断发展,电网规模的不断扩大和新型设备的引入,电力操作处置越来越频繁,同时对电力调度对象的技能等级和操作熟练度要求也越来越高。为了保证电力操作工作稳定顺利地推进,相应的培训工作也要紧跟步伐。但目前尚无一个有效的培训管控机制或者方法,去有效地验证培训的实际效果。因此,文章构建了电力调度对象持证在线管理系统,通过数据分析来量化培训工作的开展效果,间接保证了电网的安全稳定运行。 With the continuous development of the power grid,the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid and the introduction of new equipment,the power operation and disposal is more and more frequent,at the same time,the requirements for the skill level and operation proficiency of power dispatch objects are getting higher and higher.In order to ensure the smooth and steady progress of electric power operation,the corresponding training work should also keep pace with the pace.However,there is no effective training management and control mechanism or method to effectively verify the actual effect of trainingat present.From this perspective,the idea of constructing online management system of electric power dispatching object with certificate was proposed to quantify the implementation effect of training through data analysis,indirectly ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
