摘要
天车定位是废钢库智能调度管理系统的辅助部分,以自动定位和无线通信技术为依托,使废钢库管理系统与天车实时通信,实现天车位置、作业目标与实际状态的自动反馈。为了实现某钢铁项目废钢跨智能调度管理,文章对无人天车PLC控制系统和无人天车计算机控制系统的功能进行了开发。
Crane location is the auxiliary part of the intelligent scheduling management system of scrap warehouse.Based on automatic positioning and wireless communication technology,the management system of scrap steel warehouse can communicate with crane in real time.The automatic feedback of crane position,operation target and actual state was realized.The functions of PLC control system and computer control system of unmanned crane were developed.
