摘要
压力容器适量而均匀的螺栓预紧载荷,对于密封性能有至关重要的影响。文章通过借鉴其他研究者对于弹性交互作用的实验和模拟结果,归纳了法兰螺栓预紧过程中弹性交互作用的机理和规律。在此基础上,对压力容器螺栓拉伸过程进行了量化计算,并提出了优化方案。
The proper and uniform bolt pre-tightening load of the pressure vessel has a vital influence on the sealing performance.Based on the experimental and simulation results of other researchers on elastic interaction,the mechanism and law of elastic interaction during flange bolt preloading were summarized in this paper.On this basis,a quantitative calculation was carried out on the tensioning process of pressure vessel bolts,and an optimization scheme was proposed.
