高校卓越教师培养机制的创新研究

摘要 教师直接接触学生,是教育系统中最重要的组成部分。随着现代社会对教师专业性要求的提高,如何培养卓越教师已成为教育界新的重点。本文对卓越教师培养机制进行了系统性分析,并提出该机制建设与创新的研究方向。
