三种活血化瘀注射液治疗胫腓骨骨折患者的成本-效果分析

Cost-Effecttiveness Analysis of Three Huoxue Huayu Injections in the Treament of Tibia and Fibula Fracture

目的比较3种活血化瘀注射液治疗胫腓骨骨折患者的成本-效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月广州中医药大学附属新会中医院骨伤科收治的84例胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为3组,分别给予注射用血塞通组、红花注射液组、丹参多酚注射液组治疗7 d,比较3组患者临床疗效、肿胀减轻程度、静脉血栓形成情况及药物不良反应发生情况、成本-效果,并进行敏感性分析。结果注射用血塞通组和丹参多酚注射液组患者治疗有效率分别为92.86%、89.29%明显高于红花注射液组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而注射用血塞通组和丹参多酚注射液组治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);注射用血塞通组成本-效果比为9.02最低,且注射用血塞通组增量成本-效果比为2.80明显低于丹参多酚注射液组73.20,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),敏感性分析显示结果可靠。结论注射用血塞通治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效确切、经济学好,且安全性较高,应合理规范使用。

Objective To compare the cost-effectiveness of three Huoxue Huayu Injections in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures.Methods A total of 84 patients admitted to the Department of Bone Fracture,Xinhui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 3 groups,the Xuesaitong injection group,the safflower injection group,and the Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol injection group were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,the degree of swelling reduction,venous thrombosis,adverse drug reactions,and cost-effectiveness of the three groups were compared.And sensitivity analysis was conducted.Results The effective rate of treatment in the Xuesaitong Injection group and the Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol injection group was 92.86%and 89.29%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the safflower injection group 71.43%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the Xuesaitong group and the Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol injection group(P>0.05);the cost-effect ratio of Xuesaitong for injection was the lowest at 9.02,and the incremental cost of the Xuesaitong Injection group was 2.80,significantly lower than that of the salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol injection group of 73.20,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the sensitivity analysis showed that the result was reliable.Conclusion Xuesaitong Injection for the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures has a precise and economical effect and should be used reasonably.
