三种商品名称银杏叶提取物注射液治疗突发性耳聋患者的成本-效果分析

Cost-Effecttiveness Analysis of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection with Three Product Names in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的探讨3种商品名称银杏叶提取物注射液治疗突发性耳聋患者的成本-效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月东莞市中医院收治的92例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照给药方案不同分为A组舒血宁注射液(商品名杏雪)组、B组银杏叶提取物注射液组、C组银杏叶提取物注射液(商品名金纳多)组,比较3组患者临床疗效、不良反应、成本-效果,并进行敏感性分析。结果A组、B组、C组治疗有效率分别为93.55%、93.33%、96.77%,成本-效果比分别为1800.99、1810.11、1981.18,敏感性分析与成本-效果分析的结果一致。结论通过药物经济学的成本-效果分析发现,舒血宁注射液最具成本-效果优势。

Objctive To explore the cost-effectiveness of ginkgo biloba extract injection with three product names in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods A total of 92 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Dongguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Dec.2017 to Dec.2018 with sudden deafness were selected as the research objects.According to the different dosage regimens,they were divided into group A Shuxuening injection(trade name Xingxue)group,group B Ginkgo biloba extract injection group,and group C Ginkgo biloba extract injection(trade name Ginaton)group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and cost-effectiveness of the three groups of patients were compared.Sensitivity analysis was conducted.Results The total clinical efficiency of group A,group B and group C were 93.55%,93.33%and 96.77%,respectively,and the cost-effectiveness ratio(C/E)was 1800.99,1810.11 and 1981.18,respectively.The sensitivity analysis was consistent with the results of the cost-effectiveness analysis.Conclusion The results of cost-effecttiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomics showed that the Shuxuening injection group had the most advantage of cost-effecttiveness advantages.
