早期营养支持与谷氨酰胺、低分子肝素联合治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究早期营养支持与谷氨酰胺、低分子肝素联合治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果.方法对笔者医院收治的104例老年重症肺炎患者进行研究,所有患者依照随机数字表法均分为研究组52例,对照组52例,研究组给予早期营养支持与谷氨酰胺、低分子肝素,对照组做常规治疗,比较两组患者的血气指标和免疫功能.结果研究组SaO2、PaO2水平较对照组高,PaCO2水平较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组IgG、IgM水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期营养支持与谷氨酰胺、低分子肝素联合治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果更佳,有助于提高机体免疫功能.
